Choltu dance is the local traditional dance from upper Shimla region of Theog, Matyana, Rajana, Kandru, Shilaroo and many other places of Upper Himachal.
The Dance was performed at Devta Chikhreswar Prangan Janog.

Chilgoza pine Nuts ( Neoza )- Dry fruit from Himalayas Chilgoza pine Nuts ( Neoza ) is well known for its edible use, rich in carbohydrates and proteins. Chilgoza pine or neoza, is a pine native to the northern and northwestern Himalayas in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India, growing at elevations between 2000m to 3400 metres. In India Chilgoza trees mostly found and grow in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh, India.The seeds are locally called and marketed as chilgoza or Neoza. Chilgoza is one of the most important cash crops of tribal people residing in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh, India. The seed is very expensive and fetches good money to the local people in Kinnaur, sold at approximately 1500-2500 per kilogram.
SAINJ PALACE- The Princely House of Hill State Theog . Before Independence, Sainj was the capital of Theog State, and the main seat of Rana of Theog. The Thakur rulers of the State claimed descent from the Chandel Rajputs of Jaipur and resided at their wooden palace on the bank of River Giri, at Sainj.
